Wash less, wash cool, dry flat. Most of our clothes last longest when they're washed only when they need it.
Merino
Air it between wears. Wash at 30°C on a wool cycle, dry flat, never tumble dry.
Selvedge denim
Wait as long as you can before the first wash — that's where the fades come from. Wash inside out, cold, and hang to dry.
Linen and loopback
Wash at 30–40°C. Linen dries quickly on a hanger; loopback keeps its shape best dried flat or on low.
