Changed your mind? Send unworn, unwashed pieces back within 60 days for a full refund. Exchanges for another size or colour are free.
How to return
- Start a return from the link in your order email.
- Print the prepaid label, or show the QR code at a drop-off point.
- We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving it.
What can't be returned
Socks and underwear, once opened, for hygiene reasons. Hemmed jeans can be exchanged for a new pair hemmed to a different length.
