Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2 pm (Lisbon time) on a working day leave the same day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days; Express takes 1–2. The exact date is shown at checkout.
Do I pay duties or taxes on delivery?
No. Prices include duties and taxes for the US, UK and EU, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships — usually within a few hours. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
Returns and repairs
How long do I have to return something?
60 days from delivery, unworn with the label card attached. Returns are free in the US, UK and EU.
What does the free repair cover?
For two years we repair seams, buttons, zips and small holes from normal wear, free, including postage both ways.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 working days of your return reaching our warehouse, to the original payment method.
Sizing and care
How do your sizes fit?
Each product page says how the piece fits and what the model wears. Boxy styles run wide on purpose; the size guide has garment measurements in centimetres.
Will the cotton shrink?
Our jersey and loopback are pre-shrunk. Wash at 30°C and dry flat, and they keep their size.

Do I need an account to order?
No — checkout works as a guest. An account keeps your orders, addresses and repairs in one place.
How do I save pieces for later?
Tap the heart on any product. Saved pieces stay on your device, no account needed.
